At Lahore Gift Hub, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to prepare and deliver your gifts exactly as shown. We do not offer refunds once an order has been prepared or delivered. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product. Our team will review the issue and may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 6 hour of placing them, only if preparation has not yet started. Once the gift is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
- Recipient unavailable to receive the gift.
