At Lahore Gift Hub, we aim to deliver your gifts with love, care, and on time. We understand that every gift carries emotions, and timely delivery matters the most.
Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery services only within Lahore. Orders from outside Lahore are not eligible for delivery at the moment.
Same Day Delivery
We proudly offer same day delivery across Lahore for most of our products. To ensure same day delivery:
- Place your order before 9:00 PM for same day delivery
- Orders placed after 12:00 AM will be delivered the next day.
Delivery Timings
Our standard delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 AM. However, our customer service is available 24 hours a day. You can mention any special delivery time at checkout, and our team will do their best to accommodate your request.
Delivery Charges
- A small delivery fee may apply within Lahore, depending on the distance.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the delivery details and recipient information.
Incorrect Address or Recipient Unavailable
Please ensure that all recipient details and addresses are accurate. If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, delivery may be rescheduled, and additional charges may apply.
Delivery During Peak Days
On occasions like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Eid, and other holidays, delivery slots may fill up quickly. We recommend placing your order 1–2 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
In rare cases of damage or missing items, please contact us immediately and share a photo of the product. Our team will review and resolve the issue promptly.
